They are going to bring a substantial change in the series, and it has something to do with the transfer of powers. This is something that has been in practice for a while when Captain America(Steve Rogers) gave his shield to Sam Wilson. On similar lines, Clint Barton is going to give his bow and arrow to Kate Bishop, and this is going to set an exciting premise for the upcoming series.

Five early spoilers you can’t afford to miss if you are planning on watching the series

  • Great news for all of you who are waiting for the series as Jeremy Renner is all set to reprise the role of Clint Barton in the upcoming series. This was long-awaited as Hawkeye is the single character from the MCU not to have a movie or series dedicated solely to the role.

  • Another brilliant thing happening in the upcoming series is related to the connection between Jeremy Renner and Kate Bishop. This time Jeremy Renner will be the one training Kate Bishop in the series. Kate overtook Clint Barton as he wasn’t a superhero any longer. This is something that is going to change the course of the series, and the storyline will be pivoted around Clint Barton training Kate Bishop to take up his role and become Hawkeye.

  • Fans were expecting an exact date, but the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Disney+ have given a timeframe. So instead of providing an exact time, they have said that the series will be released in 2021. Although this can go even further if the COVID-19 pandemic induced lockdown measures are extended. Another bone of contention will be the filming process, which is going to be tedious in the light of social distancing measures being in place. This is not the only series which is coming this year, “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” and “WandaVision” will be coming too.

  • The casting for Kate Bishop’s role is yet to be completed, but it is confirmed that Hailee Steinfeld is in the race. She had already proved her competence when she was nominated for the Oscars for her role in “True Grit.”

  • The writer for series like “Masters of Sex” and “Pitch,” Jonathan Igla is going to be there in Hawkeye too.

It will be interesting to see an underrated Hawkeye take center stage. Once the release dates are announced, we will update the page.
