Netflix Canceled The Series After Season 4

This year, Netflix released the third season of supernatural series Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina. It is also already renewed for the fourth season, which is expected to release at the end of this year. The streaming giant confirmed that that with the eight episodes of the fourth season, the series will come to an end.

The showrunner of the series Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa also opened up about the cancelation of the series. He thanked the cast, crew, Netflix, and others for their support towards the show. Its strange, Netflix is canceling many shows, recently the streaming giant canceled Dead to Me, Ozark, and more.

Why Netflix Canceled The Supernatural Series?

Despite receiving positive reviews from the critics and audiences, the series canceled by Netflix. The streaming giant not revealed a specific reason for ending the series. Netflix has kept the viewership of the series secret and not revealed it. So the sources are saying that Netflix took the decision in regards to the viewership.

Some fans are still not able to think why Netflix just canceled the series as its story is so great and they enjoyed it alot. In the future, we can also expect that another network or streaming giant will pick up the series, so just hope for the best.

The first season released back in 2018 on Netflix and earlier it was supposed to appear on The CW, but it won’t happen. The series is inspired by the Archie comic books of the same name. It is created by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and features Kiernan Shipka, Lucy Davis, Ross Lynch, Michelle Gomez, and Chance Perdomo.

The series reveals the story of Sabrina, who has to choose on her 16th birthday if she wants to live in the witch world or the human world with her friends. Three seasons are streaming on Netflix and the fourth and last will release in late 2020.
